Robert L. Stelzl has served as one of our independent directors since 2021. Mr. Stelzl has served as a member of the board of directors of Brookfield DTLA Fund Office Trust Investor Inc. since 2014 and Brookfield Residential Properties Inc. since 2011. Mr. Stelzl served on the Van Eck family of mutual funds’ board of trustees and chair of its Governance Committee from 2007 through 2021. Mr Stelzl is a private real estate investor and investment manager. He currently serves as trustee of several private trusts which hold substantial real estate and other assets. In 2003 he retired from a private, global real estate equity fund manager after 14 years as principal and member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Stelzl holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University, a B.A. in Fine Arts and a B.A. in Architecture from Rice University.
